Stephan Noller, CEO in UBIRCH

Internet entrepreneur and CEO of UBIRCH GmbH Stephan Noller (born 1970) studied psychology and is a serial entrepreneur from Cologne. Among the companies he has founded is nugg.ad, a startup that enables targeted ad placement thanks to a combination of machine learning and market research. Trackle GmbH, behind which Stephan Noller is a co-founder, pursues a completely different focus. Trackle helps women avoid or plan pregnancy with modern technology by measuring body temperature and ovulation tracking. Stephan Noller is also co-founder of the non-profit Calliope gGmbH, which supports digital education initiatives and develops microcomputers for schools. The microcomputer, Calliope mini, is now used in thousands of schools throughout Germany, as well as in many other countries around the world, and even in outer space. Currently, Stephan Noller is gaining media attention as co-founder and CEO of the startup UBIRCH GmbH. UBIRCH is a technology provider and specialist in cybersecurity and data integrity with offices in Cologne, Berlin, Tel Aviv and Dubai. Using robust cryptography and innovative blockchain technology, UBIRCH ensures the unforgeability of digitally stored data. Together with IBM, govdigital and Bechtle, the Cologne-based startup is developing the digital vaccination certificate for Germany.

Istok Kespret, Managing Director of HHM

Istok Kespret, born in 1966, founded HMM Deutschland GmbH in 2005 and has been managing director of the Moers-based company ever since. Today, more than 40 health insurance companies with approximately 25 million insured persons, more than 30,000 service providers and several industrial customers rely on the software solutions of HMM Deutschland GmbH in the field of digital order and approval processes, integrated digital billing and payment and digital prescriptions. In 1998, he successfully laid the foundation for his company Kespret & Lang AG, of which he is still CEO today. In 2000, this was followed by the management of TrustAp GmbH and since 2011 he has also been the managing director of X3.Net GmbH, which deals with standardized digital data exchange. As an expert and innovator, his specialties include the realization of healthcare solutions and the integration of disruptive technologies in healthcare. He advises the top management of healthcare groups on process automation, is committed to digital healthcare, and provides impetus for the industry with know-how and visions on eHealth topics. In August 2020, Istok Kespret was appointed to the Senate of Business Germany. Since December 2021, he has also been an Ambassador in "THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB".
